Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send any items back without contacting us first – unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right.

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.
🇪🇺 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
