📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

📍 Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

We always try to catch errors by reviewing the shipping address during order confirmation, but ultimately it’s your responsibility.


📬 Marked as Delivered

If your package is marked as “delivered” by your local postal service (e.g., Deutsche Post, DHL, etc.) but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your local post office and request an official confirmation of a lost or stolen parcel.

  • Once you provide us with this confirmation, we will evaluate whether a replacement shipment is possible.

🛃 Import Taxes / Refusal of Delivery

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply when importing into your country.

If the package arrives in your country and:

  • You refuse delivery, or

  • No delivery attempt is made and the package remains unclaimed,

we reserve the right to abandon the shipment. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

 


Quality Definition

A product is considered “quality” when it is intact and consistent with the product description, including:
(i) no rips, tears, holes or seam failures;
(ii) uniform fabric/material without visible defects such as excessive wear, stretching, discoloration, stains, pilling, snags;
(iii) components present and functional (zippers, buttons, laces, insoles) with even stitching and no excessive adhesive marks;
(iv) no strong or persistent foreign odors;
(v) size corresponds to the size mapping shown on the product page (regional labels on the physical tag may differ from EU/US notation but match the ordered size);
(vi) minor variations in color due to screen/device rendering are not deemed defects;
(vii) reasonable manual measurement tolerances apply.

If these conditions are met and the product is merely not to the customer’s taste or style, the item is deemed quality.
